Delivery Time
Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours and are shipped through third party registered logistics service . For orders within Jaipur, Rajasthan, We deliver in 2 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.
Special Orders will be delivered in 10-21 working days, (if applicable mentioned in individual products).

International Shipping
We ship international orders & bulk orders for UK & Europe, Australia, Africa, Middle East, South America, North America and Asia.
Customs duties and taxes, assessed by the custom authorities, if any, will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land and these should be paid by the customer himself at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We have partnered with Delhivery courier services & EMS for the domestic and international shipment of products. And Depending upon your location and reach, we also make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products.
Shipment
Make sure to cross check and confirm the correct address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.
Since we ship products from our manufacturing unit, we try our best to deliver orders within the given delivery date. However, due to unforeseen reasons, if an order is delayed in transit, we are not liable. If an order is delayed and not yet shipped, we can cancel the order on the customer’s request and issue a full refund. Please refer to our return policy to check if the product is applicable for refund and return.
If any of our products are delivered in a damaged condition, please get in touch with us and inform us about the issue along with photos of the damaged products, as per the terms and conditions stated in our return policy.
To cancel your order, you must notify us of your decision by email using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and provide your order number and address. Any returns after the 3-day period stated above will be at the discretion of Jaipur Craft.
