Shipping & Delivery

Due to Covid, products may take longer than usual delivery time. Currently, our standard shipping is taking 7-15 business days.

Delivery Time

Orders from all over India are processed within 24 hours and are shipped through third party registered logistics service . For orders within Jaipur, Rajasthan, We deliver in 2 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working days.

Special Orders will be delivered in 10-21 working days, (if applicable mentioned in individual products).

International Shipping

We ship international orders via manual mode or bulk orders for UK & Europe, Australia, Africa, Middle East, South America, North America and Asia .

Customs duties and taxes, assessed by the custom authorities, if any, will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land and these should be paid by the customer himself at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Logistic Partners

We use Delhivery, Dtdc and Speedpost etc. for all domestic pincodes . You will be notified when your order  is out for delivery in your local area.

Shipment

Please indicate your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will require an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.

Since we ship products from our manufacturing unit, We try our best to deliver orders within given delivery date, however, due to unforeseen reason if an order is delayed in transit we are not liable. If an order is delayed and not shipped, we can cancel the order on the customer request and issue a full refund. Please refer to the return policy if the product is applicable for refund & return.

If any of our products are delivered in a damaged condition, please do get in touch with us informing us about such products, along with photos of the damaged products, as per the terms & conditions set in our return policy.

To cancel your order you must notify us of your decision by email here using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address. Any returns after the 3 day period stated above will be at the discretion of JAIPUR CRAFT.
