Return Policy

Exchange Policy

We have an exchange policy if informed within 24 hrs of delivery. You need to submit details in Return Form here. After review your request our customer care team will take action and notify you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for return/exchange of your item even if you get free shipping while buying the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Policy

We have a return policy if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us with 24 hrs of delivery. You need to submit details in Return Form here. After review your request our customer care team will take action and notify you. we will arrange pick up the products. once we received the products we will dispatch the new products

Request a return request if:

• The Product you received is damaged.
• The Product you received is not what you have ordered for.

Please note:

• email us at info@jaipurcraft.com with photographs of the product within 24 hours of receiving.
• Submit Return form with required information here.
• After an investigation by our customer care team, a re-dispatch of the faulty products will be initiated.

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit/debit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.

Offer/ Discount Products

There is no RETURN/EXCHANGE on offer products, we replace only damaged products with same design.

Defective And Damaged Items

All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewelry does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us here within 24 hours . We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement.
